Q: what are your trading hours?

TUE: 9:00am – 5:00 pm
WED: 9:00am – 5:00 pm - earlier by request
THU: 9.00am – 5:00 pm - later by request.
FRI: 9:00am – 5:00pm - Earlier by request
SAT: 9:00am - 1:00pm – later by request.

Q: What are the shipping options?
A: Nutriflo uses a third party to log and book out going freight. Most parcels will arrive to you via either Couriers Please, Startrack and for large parcels some will travel on TNT. Nutriflo can supply all tracking details on all shipments.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: At Nutriflo we do our best to ship orders with in 24hrs of receiving your order ( a Friday order may not leave until Monday due to weekends) if we do not have the item you request in stock you will be contacted and told of any delay where you have the option to request a similar product, wait for the required product to come available ( normally 48 hrs) or if necessary cancel your order’
Q: What do I do if I never received my order?
A: In the unfortunate instance you do not receive your parcel in the expected time frame please contact Nutriflo and we will track your item, find were it is and offer you a revised ETA time frame – Should the the freight company confirm your item has been lost in transit we will ship a replacement at no further cost you.
Q: What do I do if I received a defective order?
A: If you feel you have received a defective or wrong item please contact Nutriflo straight away, we can go through with you what or how you feel the item is defective or has been shipped incorrectly and we can rectify any seen issue.
Q: How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
A: Once you have placed your order and you realize you need to make changes to the order then contact Nutriflo via phone between 9am – 5pm that day. Orders placed on one day are picked up 9.00 the following day. If your order has been shipped, we will work with you to return the unrequired item or ship the extra required part asap.
